In November 2024, I danced in Personal Body Instrument, a dance performance directed by choreographer and dancer Ilona Pászthy that has been presented at the Hoftheater in Alfter.
The piece explored the evolution of dance and movement, drawing from contact improvisation, contemporary dance, improvisation, and other movement techniques, including menuett. It highlighted the body as a nonverbal means of communication, showing how it speaks, how it has been used throughout history, and how movement can transcend words.
