In addition to its presence in medieval camps and historical reenactment festivals, the vocal ensemble Léodio is regularly invited to perform for specific occasions such as weddings, birthdays, seasonal celebrations, or cultural events — both private and public. These punctual concerts are designed to adapt to the context of each event, offering a repertoire of polyphonic a cappella music drawn from medieval and renaissance times.
Performances may take place in churches, historical buildings, gardens, or reception halls, and are often accompanied by appropriate costumes to enhance the immersive quality of the experience. Whether through a formal concert or a more flexible format such as processional singing, each intervention is crafted with attention to the acoustic and emotional character of the location.
In recent years, we performed in a variety of contexts that reflect this diversity.
- October 2025 : Léodio & Morescarole at the Eglise Sainte-Barbe de Lasauvage, Luxembourg
- August 2025 : two concerts of half an hour in the medieval ruins of Poilvache (Yvoir) in Belgium in the framework of the medieval summer Wednesdays of Poilvache.
- July 2025 : wandering vocal performance through the rooms of the Vianden Castle in Luxembourg, interacting with the architecture and the visitors.
- January 2024 : medieval concert at the Église Saint-Pierre et Paul in Bertrange, Luxembourg.
- December 2022 : Christmas program presented at the Église Saint-Étienne in Athus, Belgium, combining medieval and renaissance polyphony.
Beyond these public events, Léodio also collaborates with private organizers throughout the year to create musical moments tailored to the atmosphere and significance of each celebration. This flexibility, combined with a historically informed approach, makes the ensemble a distinctive presence in both cultural programming and personal occasions.
